HOOPS DAY CAMP

Improve and develop your fundamentals and skills at our all-day Hoops Summer Day Camp – the ultimate Limitless experience. The camp will consist of station skill work, gameplay, speed & agility, yoga, competitive games & contests. Players will work in a positive environment that will keep their enthusiasm level high. Our goal is for players to improve in all areas of the game, compete, and enjoy playing the game of basketball and be inspired to improve.

 

Hoops Day Camp includes Sport Performance Camps offered 2 days a week; Yoga and/or Speed & Agility Training

Camp runs Monday - Friday

Open to players in 3rd - 8th Grade (2021-2022 school year)

Dates: June 13th through August 12th (Note: No camp July 4th-8th)

Full Day • 9:00AM — 3:30PM

$315/week • $80/drop in

Half Day AM • 9:00AM — 12:00PM

Half Day PM • 12:30PM — 3:30PM

BREAKFAST CLUB

Designed for high school players, Breakfast Club is for those who are serious about their game and who are ready to work at a high-intensity level. You’ll learn how to dedicate yourself to the game of basketball and improve all aspects of all skills. We’ll push you to train harder than ever before and to develop the right mindset and approach to the game.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE CAMPS
CORRECTIVE YOGA

Personal trainer and yoga expert Laura Burk runs our Corrective Yoga Program, specifically designed for basketball players. You’ll discover your hip, knee, and/or ankle weaknesses and learn how to strengthen them. Coach Burke will use strength exercises, yoga, and proper foam rolling techniques to help athletes improve body function. This camp will help athletes prevent future injuries and help athletes who were injury-prone.

Open to all players

SPEED & AGILITY

La Von Burks (Coach V) leads our speed & agility program, which is optimized to help you improve your overall athleticism. Coach V has worked with NBA players including Dwayne Wade, Derrick Rose, Mason Plumlee, Juwan Howard, Ray Allen, Shawn Marion, and OJ Mayo.

Open to all players.
