SPRING SKILLS

Our camps are intended to help athletes improve their fundamentals, skills, and IQ.
Coaches will focus on the following skill areas: Ball handling, shooting, finishing, passing, defense, and IQ


Players' IQ will be developed through live 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 situational gameplay.
Our sports performance camps (yoga and speed & agility) will help players become better overall athletes and less prone to injuries. 

UNLIMITED SPRING TRAINING

Unlimited training gives players the option to attend all spring camps through the spring season.

SKILLS TRAINING

Our skills camps are intended to help players improve their skill set. Coaches will work on the following skills: dribbling, passing, shooting, and IQ drills with live play. All drills are taught in progression. Dribbling: Coaches will teach progressive ball handling drills that will help players improve (change of direction moves, develop coordination and hand strength, learn the proper dribbling footwork.

Shooting: Develop better form and improve off work shooting off the dribble. Coaches will also teach players how to create space to using moves to get shot off.
Passing: At the beginning of each session players will warm up with passing drills. Triple Threat: Pivot footwork to help players learn how to create space, and develop the skills to handle defensive pressure. IQ: At the end of each session players will play live and have to make reads off of different offensive concepts the coaches give. (Pick & roll, floppy action, 3 on 3 player movement concepts, & 1 on 1 reads)

HEAVY BALL DRIBBLING CAMP


This is a great class to help players develop upper body strength, especially for players who aren't old enough to weight train. We guarantee this class will help players develop their ball handling control and speed. Dribbling the heavy ball will develop more explosion and power in players' dribble moves and develop more quickness. Also, this class is great for conditioning.

SPEED & AGILITY 

Our speed & agility camp focuses on basketball-specific agility drills that will improve the following areas: conditioning, changing directions, vertical, lateral movement, speed, and quickness.
