Unlimited Summer Training Description:  Unlimited training gives athletes unlimited access to all skill camps including hoops day camp, open gym runs, yoga, and speed & agility for all 8 weeks.  Athletes have the opportunity to train 5 days a week and dedicated themselves to improving.    If you are serious about improving your game then this program is for you.  
Unlimited training does not include private lessons, Dr. Dish Shooting Gun, or Mamba Camps.

HOOPS SUMMER DAY CAMP (Day Camp)

Our all day, day camp is designed to help players enhance and develop their fundamentals and skills.  The camp will consist of station skill work, gameplay, speed & agility, yoga, competitive games & contests. Players will work in a positive environment that will keep their enthusiasm level high. Our goal is for players to improve in all areas of the game, compete, and enjoy playing the game of basketball and be inspired to improve.

BREAKFAST CLUB

Breakfast club is for players who are serious about their game. Our coaches show players how to dedicate themselves to the game of basketball. We teach our players what it looks like to train harder than ever before, and how to have the right mindset and approach to the game. Players will work on all aspects of the game at a high-intensity level.

Private 1 on 1 Lessons
 Private lessons are great for players that have a desire to identify and hone in on a specific skill area.  These sessions are great for helping players improve their individual skills, confidence, and their mental approach to the game.  Coaches will be able to identify deficiencies in a players skills and help develop a plan to improve.

Dr. Dish Shooting Gun

Dr. Dish Shooting Gun Dr. Dish gives players the ability to shoot between 300-600 game like shots in a hour. 
 Benefits of Dr. Dish: 
  • Each player gets their own account. They will enter their account number before they start the workout and all information will be tracked 
  • Custom Location & Order Passing- Program passes to every location 
  • Track two & three point shots -Players can choose different workouts from some of the best trainers in the industry 
  • Coaches can create custom workouts that players can see before their workouts 
  • In players account they can see shots made & shooting percentages from each location on the floor. 
  • All workouts can be saved

Corrective Yoga

Laura Burk President of ELB Consulting INC will run our Corrective Yoga Program. Discover your hip, knee, and/or ankle weaknesses and learn how to strengthen them.

Speed & Agility

La Von Burks (Coach V) president of LVS Education-Sports Foundation will run our speed & agility.  Coach V has worked with several NBA players Derrick Rose, Mason Plumlee, Juwan Howard, Ray Allen, Shawn Marion, OJ Mayo, and Dwyane Wade to name a few.  Coach V will help athletic improve their overall athletic ability.
