Our speed & agility camp focused on basketball specific conditioning, speed & quickness drills, changing directions, plyometrics, and lateral movement.
Passing, defense and footwork.
Pivot work to create space, handling pressure, and body movement, and scoring moves-make moves more effective, angles, and creating space.
Different reads, footwork and set up.
Shot mechanics, off the catch and screens, pull up shots off the dribble and transfer moves and catch, creating space with step back.
Scoring moves, handling pressure, creating space, heavy ball dribbling, and learning how to take better angles.
